This $35 chair has a great shape and is super comfortable. The caning is not torn but a potential buyer would probably want to update the dingy fabric.
This light fixture is $45 and has been tested and works. Thanks Habitat! It is something you would find on Emily Henderson's blog, but for much more money because California prices are much higher than rural Florida prices.
This light fixture is also $45 and is more dated looking than the one above. You could still work on it though with some spray paint. Perhaps black?
Habitat recently set out their hardware with most things costing 50 cents each. These drawer pulls have potential and there are a ton of them.
While I wouldn't pay the $25 price tag for this round table, it is pretty cute. What do you think?
